Vintner's Contract: Duchaton Crest is a Secondary Quest in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. This Secondary Quest is a part of the Blood and Wine DLC. Secondary Quests are optional Quests not required to finish the game. Some of these quests may have a bearing on certain Main Quests or may be a consequence of another Quest.
Vintner's Contract: Duchaton Crest can be activated by speaking to the Wine Merchant (Vintner) southeast of Rioux-Cannes Outpost.

Vintner Contracts were introduced during the Blood and Wine DLC. Speak to the Wine Merchants (Vintners) in Toussaint to find out whether any of them have additional objectives to fulfil.
Speak to the Wine Merchant (Vintner) southeast of Rioux-Cannes Outpost. He will give you the official quest objective and your location marker will update. Make your way to the next location in Duchaton Crest. The location will be marked on the minimap. One you enter the cave, start clearing any hostile encounters from the cave. These Shaelmaar enemies will your main challenge. According to the bestiary, you better stay out of their charging way and strike after its charge fails. They are also vulnerable against Relic Oil and the Aard Sign.
Once the cave is clear, the quest will update. Return to the Wine Merchant to collect your reward and complete the quest.
Completing the quest will also give you access to the Wine Merchant's discounted wares.
Vintner's Contract: Duchaton Crest Journal
Our hero plunged into the depths of the cave, which proved to be a shaelmaar's lair. Geralt slew the beast, a feat for which a reward awaited.
