It Takes Three to Tango is a Secondary Quest in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Secondary Quests are optional Quests not required to finish the game. Some of these quests may have a bearing on certain Main Quests or may be a consequence of another Quest.
It Takes Three to Tango can only be obtained if both Triss and Yennefer were romanced at the same time during the run. The two meet up with Geralt to talk about their relationships.
When it comes to matters of the heart, my friend the witcher was never one of the most decisive men in the world. That is why, when he unexpectedly found both Triss and Yennefer back in his life, he couldn't unravel the conundrum of which to choose and... led both to believe they were his one and only. Usually such stupidity ends in bitter words and tossed cutlery - but not this time.

Triss and Yennefer will approach you after speaking with Ciri and then they'll tell you there's little point in them both fighting over you and will decide they want to share you. They will now prepare one of the rooms at the Kingfisher Inn and you'll have to provide the wine. If you already have good wine in your inventory, the objective to get some will be completed automatically. If you don't, you can visit Marquise Serenity at the Passiflora, she sells Erveluce which is known to work for this occasion.
Once you have the wine, go to the second floor of the Kingfisher Inn and knock on the first door to trigger a cutscene. You'll be greeted by Yennefer wearing naughty attire while she purrs and Triss gets the wine from your hands. You will then be pushed onto the bed where Triss and Yennefer will begin to lightly stroke you.
Triss and Yennefer open the wine and as you're about to ask for yours, they reply that you will get what you deserve and leave you chained to the bed. Dandelion then discovers you in the room chained the next morning. You can try some idle threats during your conversation. Then after putting on some clothes, you can then visit Avallac'h.
