Vintner Contracts were introduced during the Blood and Wine DLC. Speak to the Wine Merchants (Vintners) in Toussaint to find out whether any of them have additional objectives to fulfil.
Start the Vintner contract by speaking to the Wine Merchant Vintner north of Dun Tynne Castle. The related cave entrance will be just nearby. He will give you the official quest objective and your location marker will update. Make your way to the next location. The cave will be marked on the minimap. One you enter the cave, start clearing any hostile encounters and enemies from the cave. You will face a few Giant Centipede enemies. Once the cave is clear, the quest will update. Loot the area then return to the Wine Merchant to collect your reward and complete the quest.
