Vintner's Contract: Cleaning Those Hard-to-Reach Places is a Secondary Quest in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. This Secondary Quest is a part of the Blood and Wine DLC. Secondary Quests are optional Quests not required to finish the game. Some of these quests may have a bearing on certain Main Quests or may be a consequence of another Quest.
Vintner's Contract: Cleaning Those Hard-to-Reach Places can be activated by speaking to the (Wine Merchant) Vintner just north of Gelenser Farm. The related grotto will be just south of his original location.

Vintner Contracts were introduced during the Blood and Wine DLC. Speak to the Wine Merchants (Vintners) in Toussaint to find out whether any of them have additional objectives to fulfil.
Start the Vintner contract by speaking to the Wine Merchant Vintner just north of Gelenser Farm. The related grotto will be just nearby. He will give you the official quest objective and your location marker will update. Make your way to the next location. The grotto will be marked on the minimap. One you enter the grotto, start clearing any hostile encounters and Gargoyle enemies from the cave. Once the grotto is clear, the quest will update. Loot the area. Return to the Wine Merchant to collect your reward and complete the quest.
Completing the quest will also give you access to the Wine Merchant's discounted wares.
