Silver Swords in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are one of two main Weapon types used by Geralt to deal damage to Enemies in combat. In contrast to Steel Swords, Silver Swords are highly effective against Monsters and other supernatural creatures or beings, but they are less effective against standard humanoids and beasts. Silver Swords have varying stats and properties that influence their effectiveness in combat, and they can be upgraded with Runestones to gain bonus effects provided they have upgrade slots available. They can also be coated in many different Witcher Oils to gain temporary buffs that improve their damage against specific monster types. Silver Swords can be obtained through various means including random drops from defeated opponents, looted from treasure chests, awarded for completing Quests and objectives or crafted by a Blacksmith with the appropriate diagram and materials.

The harpy blueprint can be gotten when you try to sneak into the blood barons home through the well, when youre in the cave theres a water hag, in the water from where the water hag came from theres some good blueprints and the harpy blueprint, glad to help.
First of all, every sword has a range. If you loot without saving you might get a low damage level 8 sword when you were trying to get a level 12 sword. (Save and reload until you get the highest level version). This guide doesn't have most of the level ranges so you are shooting in the dark though.
For the second sword on this list Maugrim, there are literally two underwater treasure chests surrounded by downers immediately west of Hangman's Alley. The closest has a useless white sword, the one that is farther away near a sunken ship is the one you want.
