Tracking the quest will lead Geralt to multiple hidden diagrams from the same set. They can usually be activated by first locating one Diagram from the set.

Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Wolven Gear is a part of the Blood and Wine DLC. It can be start by interacting with Lafargue, the Grandmaster Blacksmith in Toussaint. A number of Scavenger Hunt quests form the Blood and Wine DLC can be activated by interacting with him.

Geralt himself was of the School of the Wolf, so it's no surprise he was particularly interested in finding diagrams that would allow him to craft grandmaster level gear of this brotherhood. Walkthrough for Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Wolven Gear The Witcher 3

This Scavenger Hunts can be activated by speaking to the grandmaster smith, Lafargue in the Blood and Wine DLC. You can ask him about the different gear sets to begin each Scavenger Hunt available in the Blood and Wine DLC.  He also dispenses the side quest, Master Master Master Master!

Once you have the quest activated you will be led to a location where the archeologists camped which will be right next to the Termes Palace Ruins signpost. Once you arrive, you will be tasked to Search the archeologists' campsite. until you find the archeologist's journal. You should have a smaller search area circled on your minimap. It'll be next to the campfire. A box next to a wood plank panel will have Isabelle Duchamp's journal. Read the note to continue. You will need to find the entrance to the chambers under the ruins. You should be able to walk to this location. Before you leave the area, make sure you search behind the waterfall for additional loot. Then make your way to the chamber entrance. You will be blocked by a purple wall. You'll first need to find the key nearby. A corner will have a small loot item that may be easy to miss. This is a purple ruby. Take the ruby back to the purple barrier and use it on the wall. Get ready for a few combat encounters.

Head down the stairs and clear the area. A few giant centipede enemies will pop up. Continue to clear your path while heading deeper into the tunnel. You may need to use Aard on a few more sealed pathways. Throughout the tunnels will you encounter more wraiths and barghests as well. Clear the area and head through the tunnels west. You will need to be in a room towards the far west. Loot the area and a satchel will contain 3 diagram pieces along with a journal you will need to read. If you head back through the tunnels east and take the route that leads to a dead-end corner where you will find a Witcher Corpse that will contain the rest of the diagram pieces for the scavenger hunt. This will complete the Grandmaster Wolven Gear Scavenger Hunt.

Journal Entry:

Geralt's own exploration of the site ended in the cellars beneath the ruins. Our hero learned the scholars had reached a spot haunted by elven specters. Both the learned men and the witcher escorting them had perished at the wraiths' hands. Geralt proved a mite luckier. He not only emerged from the ruins alive, but he also found all the diagrams he had gone there to seek.
