Following the developments in Blood Run, make your way towards Mere-Lachaiselongue Cemetery , to a locked mausoleum. User your senses to find a tomb with a hole on the left.
Drop into the tomb to find some foes, dispatch them and ahead at the fork go left to find some loot, and head right to Regis. You can use Aard to remove the rocks blocking the path. A cutscene will play.
Head towards the new map marker. Explore the area with your senses. Everything marked red will show the obsessions of the wight and shed light on the curse that caused this. Head into the room to the right and find a spoon/key in the corner. Turn the corner to find stairs down. At the bottom, head right to find the lair. Inspect the table and cauldron and then hide in the wardrobe. If you examined the table you may try to lift the curse. Otherwise you can attack and follow it down the stairs. If you attempt to lift the curse you can either eat dinner with the spoons, trade spoons or eat without spoons. If you eat without spoons the curse will lift and will trigger the No Place Like Home secondary quest. Everything else will result in the wight fleeing downstairs.
Once the wight has fled you can either go see Regis or chase and fight the wight. You do not have to fight it, but defeating it will earn you a liver and heart, and a Greater Triglav Runestone and a Green Mutagen.
Speak to Regis and he will shed light on what's happening. You will be transported to Tesham Mutna where the ritual will take place. There's loot along the way here. In the center room, place bait at all 4 of the entrances. Enemies will be attracted here. Kill the enemies off to trigger a series of cutscenes. The quest will end and When Children Toil, Toys Waste Away will initiate.
