Humans are one of the races in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Their features are not considered to be as sharp as those of elves with humans generally being thicker, they are also taller than dwarves and gnomes with few other distinctions in appearance. It is even possible for humans and elves to breed, producing half-elves and quadroons, though they are mostly reviled. Humans are a dominant people, they can be found nearly everywhere on the Continent, one such place in which that can easily be seen is the Nilfgaardian Empire. Due to just how widespread they are along with how few in number many other sentient species are, a main distinction in the Witcher series is whether someone is human or non-human. Humans are non-native to the land in which The Witcher takes place, like many of the other species. Dh'oine, or Dh'oinne, are the words for human in Elder Speech.
