Highway Robbery is a Secondary Quests in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Secondary Quests are optional Quests not required to finish the game. Some of these quests may have a bearing on certain Main Quests or may be a consequence of another Quest.
Highway Robbery can be located along the road between Crow's Perch and Boatmaker's Hut where you'll encounter a trader calling for help as he is being surrounded by three bandits. Getting close enough will reveal that he is one of the bandits and will start to ambush you.

South of Crow's Perch, by the Boatmaker's Hut, you will note a sword fight. Initially, you will think this is a merchant being attacked, however the merchant is part of a con to ambush those who come to help him. Defeating the entire group ends the quest.

What is the red bar under Stamina in Witcher 3?
- The red bar under the Stamina is called Adrenaline Points. Your Adrenaline Points builds up every time you land a successful Melee blow or damage an enemy with a Sign or Bolt. It will also slowly decrease when you're not attacking. Having more points at any given moment increases effectiveness of said Attacks by 10% per Point. Getting damaged will decrease these points.
