Half-Elves are a race in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. They are those who are of mixed blood, they are considered to be equally elves as they are humans, though to many humans and elves they belong to neither group. Half-elves are reviled by many due to the animosity between humans and elves, it is quite rare to see one. In appearance they merely look like a mixture of elven and human features, as if both were diluted slightly and put upon a person. Half-elves may be the product of a human and an elf or simply two half-elves. If a person is only a quarter elf they are called a quadroon.
