- 3-Piece Bonus: Each instance of Bleeding applied to enemies increases sword damage by 1% for each piece of thje set.
- 6-Piece Bonus: Each Adrenaline Point increases the possible number of Bleeding effects that can be applied to a single enemy.

- Crafted
- The Crafting Diagrams for the entire set of Forgotten Wolf School Gear as well as their upgraded versions can be found by completing the new quest In the Eternal Fire's Shadow which is started by speaking to a priest by a wagon on the road east of Mulbrydale in Velen. This quest will award you with some of the diagrams and will lead to the Scavenger Hunt: Forgotten Wolf School Gear Diagrams quest which can be progressed in Kaer Morhen to obtain the rest of the diagrams.
