Obtain Notes by a vandaguilder from Filibert's hanse On a corpse at Casteldaccia Abandoned Estate. It will be laying next to the well.  Read the notes then Find the stash in Macrinus' house by locating the stash highlighted in red. Loot the stash to complete the quest.
