Feline Crossbow | The Witcher 3 Wiki

Feline Crossbow is a one of the Crossbows in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Crossbows are small, one-handed Ranged Weapons that Geralt can use to deal damage to opponents from a distance. Crossbows are particularly effective at grounding Monsters that take flight as well as taking down opponents that dwell in water. Crossbows require Bolts to fire and can be loaded with different types, some with special effects that make them more effective in certain situations.  

• Note that Damage and Level are not listed due to Damage's dependence on the item's Level, and the randomness of the item's Level when acquired.

 

Feline Crossbow Weapon Attributes in The Witcher 3

Feline Crossbow has the following properties:

+10 Armor piercing
+225% Attack Power
+1% Adrenaline Point gain
+2% Critical hit chance
+15% Bonus experience from monsters

Note that despite being part of the Cat School of Witcher Gear, this Crossbow does not contribute to the Set Bonuses which are activated by equipping 3 or 6 pieces of the Grandmaster version of the set. Furthermore, Witcher Crossbows cannot be upgraded.

Feline Crossbow can be obtained as follows:

• Crafted
• The Crafting Diagram for Feline Crossbow can be found amongst the wreckage of the Flying Stag ship, southwest of the Lighthouse near Novigrad. It is part of the Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear quest.

Feline Crossbow can be crafted with the following Components:

• Hardened Timber x 2
• Monster Bone x 1
• Monster Hair x 1
• Wax x 1
• Dark Iron Ore x 1

 

When Feline Crossbow is dismantled, the following items can be obtained:

• Hardened Timber x 2
• Wax x 1
• Dark Iron Ore x 1
