  5. Investigate the arachas' lair using your Witcher Senses
  6. Kill the arachas.

      When I reached the remote room with the last 4 egg sacs, they were already destroyed but I didn't get credit. They still showed up on the map, but I couldn't interact with them at all. Anyone else have this problem?
