Contract: The Apiarian Phantom is a Contract in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.


"While traversing the outskirts of Novigrad, Geralt happened across a contract on a creature known as the Apiarian Phantom. It had been hung by a certain Holofernes Meiersdorf, owner of the Honeyfill beekeeping plantation. Geralt decided to pursue the bounty."

Contract: The Apiarian Phantom Objectives

1. Ask Holofernes Meiersdorf about the contract on the Apiarian Phantom.
2. Follow the halfling.
3. Examine the area in search of clues using your Witcher Senses.
4. Follow the footprints using your Witcher Senses.
5. Open the basement.
6. Defeat the hound of the Wild Hunt.
7. Take a trophy from the hound of the Wild Hunt.
8. Collect your reward from Holofernes Meiersdorf.

Rewards

• 249 Crowns (Should have gotten 290 because it accepted the payment haggle but the game gypped me)

Notes & Trivia

• There's a reported bug on this quest: The area that needs to be searched often doesn't trigger as 'finished' once you interacted with the three clues, and then the hitbox at the locked door becomes glitched. Sometimes you can avoid that by running into the door/punching it and then the 'locked' interaction button will pop up.
