1. Examine the old bastion using the Keira's lamp
2. Find the remains and burn them

Walkthrough

NOTE: Keira's lamp from the "Magic Lamp" quest is needed to do this quest.
Go to the old keep west of Kaer Morhen, and kill 4 wraiths. Use Keira's lamp to see ghost memory.
Explore the area with the lamp to see 3 more memories, when you find the remains use the lamp again and pick up the remains.
Go back to starting area and kill 3 more wraiths, then follow the map indicator to the place where you can burn and bury the remains.
