The Secret Life of Count Romilly is a Treasure Hunt Quest in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt from the Hearts of Stone DLC. Treasure Hunts are optional Quests not required to finish the game. Loot the corpse in the shrubs at Arnskrone Castle Ruins to obtain Count Romilly's journal (part 2) & a Tarnished key and begin the quest. Read the journal and track the quest to the search area at Count Romilly's castle. Your witcher senses will lead you to the chest that will end the quest.

 

Journal Entry:

 Part of the count's journal described his foul treatment of Anastasia von Bourmann, who he believed to have been marked by a leshen. It also made mention of coin stashed somewhere beneath the castle.
Deep within the castle's subterranean passages Geralt uncovered Count Romilly's dark secret and the source of his wealth. The bleak ruins also contained treasure, which the witcher found and kept.
