Tedd Deireadh, The Final Age is a Main Quest in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Main Quests are the main storyline of the game that can have a major effect towards the endings. Some of these quests may have dialogue choices that will alter the ending of the game.
It turned out that , while Avallac'h had not been entirely honest with the witcher, he was no traitor. Ciri had slipped off with him during the battle of her volition in order to - and please pardon the grandiosity,dear reader - save the world. She was convinced Geralt would never allow her to embark on this mad endeavor, and so decided she had to operate behind his back. All his promises and threats were for naught - there was no stopping Ciri once she'd made her mind up. The witcher could only watch as she stepped into the elven tower - and hope she would return safe and sound.

You make your way back to the camp. Speak to Yen and head off through the giant's gate. Avoid any fire and whistle for your steed. Wait for Yen and make your way through the beasts, ignoring them as you go.
Make your way to the mountain path and start climbing the rocks and wait for Yen to cast a spell. Follow her within the dome and up the steps defeating hounds along the way. Yen tears the barrier and you move through.
Head north up the steps to where Avallac'h is. Answer Ciri's plan however you wish. She makes her way to the tower and her fate is determined by your past choices made regarding her outcome. Based on your choices, one of 3 possible endings results
