Sunken Chest is a Treasure Hunt in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Treasure Hunts are optional Quests not required to finish the game. They are usually activated by interacting with special objects that provide information or clues on the Treasure Hunt objectives. This Treasure Hunt is activated by obtaining Blood-smeared notes. It can be found: South from Fyke Isle, on a smaller island
The hidden treasure marker for this quest is found in the middle island in the middle of the Byways, Frischlow and Fyke Isle signposts. You will need to swim or take a boat across the water.
There will be a corpse just next to the water with Blood-smeared notes. Reaching this area or interacting with the corpse may trigger an encounter with a few Drowners. Clear them out then follow your Witcher Senses east.
Dive in the area of water just east of the island, but watch out for Drowners. The Sunket Chest will be deep in the water with a Deithwen.

Small isle with ruins or a bridge built of red brick - that's the spot. Traces of a camp left on the isle.
Will need to dive down among the submerged ruins. Chest visible among them.
The witcher followed all tracks, investigated all evidence and peered under every rock until he finally found the chest and within it - treasure.
