Gwent: Playing Innkeeps is a Secondary Quest in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Secondary Quests are optional Quests not required to finish the game. Some of these quests may have a bearing on certain Main Quests or may be a consequence of another Quest.
Gwent: Playing Inkeeps is a secondary quest where you must hunt down and defeat all Gwent players and get the Card Collector achievement.
"It is an innkeeper's job to tend to his guests' needs. Usually this takes the form of serving strong drinks and listening to tales of loves lost and wounds received. Yet at times a patron will wish to play a hand of gwent, which is why all good innkeepers keep a deck at the ready at all times. And the excellent ones - they keep excellent decks, full of top-notch cards that can provide an evening of challenge and excitement to even the most refined gwent player. Geralt was determined to win some of these cards for himself. "

Walkthrough for The Witcher 3 Gwent: Playing Inkeeps
For this quest, you must defeat Stjepan, The Innkeep, and Olivier. They are all in different locations and each will reward you with a card upon defeating them.
You will find Stjepan at The Alchemy in Oxenfurt. He uses the Nilfgaardian deck, be aware of his Emhyr var Emreis: The White Flame leader card as it can render your leader's ability useless. Defeating him will reward you with the Yennefer Card.
The Innkeep can be found at the Inn at the Crossroads. He also used the Nilfgaardian deck. Be wary of his Emhyr var Emreis: Emperor of Nilfgaard leader card. Defeating him will reward you with the Menno Card.
Olivier can be found at The Kingfisher Inn in Novigrad. He uses the Monster Deck and defeating him will reward you with the Tibor Card. If however, Olivier died during the quest Now or Never, you will find his card in the room next to the bar and the unnamed innkeep. You will find it within a small lockbox over the cabinet.
Once you've defeated all three and obtained their cards, you will receive 25 XP and the quest will be completed.
