- Go to the cemetery.
- Defeat all the enemies in the cemetery.
- Explore the cemetery using your Witcher Senses.
- Follow the scent of cadaverine using your Witcher Senses.
- Investigate the lair using your Witcher Senses.
- Take the skulls.
- Put the skulls in the cemetery and wait for the grave hag to come.
- Kill the grave hag.
- Take a trophy.
- Collect your reward from the gravedigger.

There's a bandit camp near the grave hag battle site. Leading the creature there can trigger a battle between the hag and the bandits. You can dodge the hag's attacks and essentially use the bandits as human shields while goading them into attacking the hag.
